"I recently recognized the opportunity to share knowledge between a former Women In Science scholar and my current scholar. The former scholar has valuable experiences to share with my current scholar about the job application and interview process. This allows the scholar with the “recent job search” experience the opportunity to network and indirectly mentor the younger scholar. This is something all mentors could encourage between their former and current scholars. Learning to network and building bridges is a valuable skill."
